CCO Council Spring Meeting
April 2, 2013
Customers are changing. According to the Customers 2020 study conducted by the CCO Council in partnership with Walker Information, customers are demanding faster and more personalized experiences, across all channels. Their expectations are rising dramatically. They are demanding not just to be heard but also to be anticipated and to be accommodated more completely than ever before.
How will your role change by 2020? On April 2, 2012, CCOs and other customer executives will be discussing the trends arising from the Customers 2020 study and the urgent implications for you at our Council Spring meeting to be held in New York City. We’ll discuss exactly how the most successful CCOs are already changing. And we’ll dive deeply into the five proficiencies that you as a customer executive must develop as you adapt to the changing customer reality.
We’ll be exploring topics that will help you:
- Architect accurate and actionable customer insight
- Identify and anticipate the needs of the most valuable (and most profitable) customers
- Democratize customer insight, enabling more employees to make smarter customer decisions
- Shape employee behavior to increase “customer commitment”
- Shape strategy to exceed evolving customer expectations
You’ll come away from the meeting with specific examples from other Council members that you can apply to your business. With your peers, you’ll identify new initiatives you can launch immediately. And you’ll walk away with many ideas to guarantee success in leading your company to prepare for and to profit from these trends.
Attendance at this meeting is limited to members only. If you would like to discuss membership in the Chief Customer Officer Council so as to be eligible to attend, please contact Curtis Bingham at 978-226-8675.
