I would say, get to the bottom line. Demonstrate the correlation between the kinds of programs that you can take away from these kinds of discussions and bring into your organization with revenue and customer retention.

I think it’s hard to imagine a customer situation where if you brought a compelling case as a CCO back to your organization – that these programs have a demonstrated impact on revenue and a demonstrated impact on customer retention – that there wouldn’t be broad acceptance and agreement that you should move forward with a way to participate in this kind of forum and bring these ideas to the table.
